Frequently Asked Questions About the 50 Quart TripleRCan®
New to ordering the 50 Quart TripleRCan®? Here are a few common questions about these containers, available options, and the ordering process
1Do you offer samples?
Yes! We will provide you with a one can sample (with or without a random logo) upon request.
2What is your minimum order quantity?
This product is sold in increments of 50 with a minimum order of 100 units for black and 300 units for other colors.
3How long will it take to produce my order?
Our production period is approximately 30 to 45 days for our standard cans and 45 to 60 days for fire retardant (FR300) cans after receipt of order.
4Can you expedite my order?
Our product is a custom order, often with custom logos hot stamped into the cans right off the press as it is made. While we make every effort to ensure quality and a fast turnaround, unfortunately, we cannot place your order ahead of other customers. We value your business as well as theirs and treat orders as a first come, first serve basis to provide the best service to everyone.
5What is the difference between standard 50 Quart TripleRCans® and 50 Quart FR300 TripleRCans®?
There are a couple of modifications to our original 50 Quart TripleRCans® to satisfy stricter fire codes in a few areas across the country. The FR300 cans are made with an added fire resistant material to slow the melting point in case of a facility fire and come with self-close lids instead of flip-top lids. The FR300 TripleRCans® are ASTM E1354 certified by an independent laboratory.
6What colors do you offer?
For the standard 50 Quart TripleRCan® product, we offer Black at standard pricing and Recycle Blue, Red, Forest Green, Kelly Green, Yellow, Gray, and White for a slightly higher price due to the re-color cost. The 50 Quart FR300 TripleRCans® are offered in Black.
7What options are available besides color?
Our most popular option is Hot Stamp Customization which melts your one-color design directly into the can. No stickers needed!
8What is Hot Stamp Logo/Text Customization?
The hot stamp customization is available for orders of 200 cans or more. The hot stamp process cuts UV resistant material and melts the one-color logo directly into the can to increase the durability of the logo from scratches and will not run or transfer onto other things when wet. There is an initial setup fee of $300 to create the brand plate (we cover any breakage to the brand plate and you never pay the fee again unless you change the logo/text). Since the set-up fee is separate, the customized cans remain the same price as blank cans.If interested, we would need an art file of your one-color logo in vector format (.ai or .eps file). The Customization area is 5”x5” (located on the front on the 50 Quart TripleRCan®
). Most customers pick white logos on black cans but we do offer black, green, yellow, blue, and red logo colors as well.
9Can I have a QR Code as part of my Hot Stamp customization?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of partially melting your design into the cans, it may alter the very precise nature of the QR Code leaving it inoperable.
10How is freight calculated?
We use an independent broker to supply you with the best rates possible from multiple carriers. Rates may change slightly between receiving a quote and actual shipment due to weather, availability, and fuel prices.
11Can I pick up my order from your facility or book freight delivery myself?
Absolutely! Our loading dock hours are 8 am – 2:30 pm. Just let us know and we’ll get your order ready to pick up. We will also provide all shipping dimensions/weights to you if you decide to go this route.
12Are sales tax and freight included in the price per can?
Unfortunately, no. Our products are shipped nationwide and sales tax & shipping rates vary significantly depending on distance, commercial/residential locations, and added services (such as liftgates and pallet jacks).
13Do you offer any discounts?
We offer pricing based on the quantity you order. The more you order, the less you pay per can. Pricing is broken into four groups: Level One 100-300, Level Two 350-700, Level Three 750-2000, and Level Four 2050+.
14Do you offer payment options?
We accept checks, ACH, and credit cards. Prepayment is required for new customers. Once you establish a relationship with us, we will review your account to determine if you are eligible for Net terms.
